Cancellations
We recognise that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24hrs notice. If a deposit was paid this will be transferred to a new booking or refunded. If cancellations are less than 24hrs notice of your appointment the full treatment cost may be charged.

Late arrivals
We value both your time and the time of our therapists. If you are more than 15mins late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment. The original cost of the appointment may then still be charged in full.

No shows
Whilst we realise that unforeseen circumstances may arise, a missed appointment without prior notice not only compromises our ability to serve other customers but also results in lost time and resources. For these appointments, the total cost of the service will be required.

Right to decline
Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving inappropriately or is a repeat no-show customer.
